How We Help
KenKor 360 offers three service tiers for organizations navigating commercial disputes, emerging leadership tension, or mediation preparation. The role, client relationship, neutrality requirements, and engagement structure differ by service. Each inquiry is reviewed carefully so the appropriate service and professional boundaries are clear before work begins.

Commercial Mediation
Commercial Mediation | Core Service
KenKor 360 is jointly engaged by two or more parties to serve as a neutral mediator in an external business-to-business dispute involving contracts, service relationships, partnerships, performance obligations, payment, quality expectations, or other commercial matters. The mediator does not represent either side or decide the outcome. The process supports issue clarification, informed option evaluation, and mutually acceptable resolution where possible.

Early Boardroom Facilitation
Early Boardroom Facilitation | Supporting Service
KenKor 360 is engaged by one organization before a formal dispute develops to facilitate structured alignment among founders, investors, board members, or executive leaders. Sessions may address equity expectations, ownership principles, decision rights, governance, roles, financing considerations, and future direction. This is a pre-dispute organizational service, not two-party mediation or representation of one participant against another.

Mediation Strategy Consulting
Mediation Strategy Consulting | Supporting Service
KenKor 360 is engaged by one party to provide behind-the-scenes preparation and strategic support before or during negotiation or mediation. Services may include issue mapping, document and process review, stakeholder analysis, negotiation planning, risk considerations, and preparation for effective participation. In this role, the firm acts as an advisor rather than the neutral mediator and does not provide legal advice or replace independent counsel.

Choosing the Appropriate Service
Choose Commercial Mediation when two or more parties want a jointly selected neutral to help resolve an existing external dispute.
Choose Early Boardroom Facilitation when one organization wants structured alignment before internal disagreement becomes a formal dispute.
Choose Mediation Strategy Consulting when one party wants confidential preparation and subject matter informed support for a negotiation or mediation in which another neutral may preside.
KenKor 360 will not serve as both a party’s advisor and the neutral mediator in the same matter. Conflict checks, role clarity, and written engagement terms are completed before services begin.
Engagement Details
Services are provided virtually. For certain matters, an in person or hybrid format may be considered based on the service, participant needs, location, timing, and overall suitability. Commercial mediation may be scheduled for a half day, full day, or multiple days. Boardroom facilitation is generally scoped as a defined project, and mediation strategy consulting may be structured hourly, by project, or through a limited advisory retainer. Fees reflect preparation, complexity, urgency, participant count, and format. Approved travel time and travel related expenses for in person or hybrid engagements are charged separately and outlined in the engagement terms.
Before work begins, KenKor 360 completes applicable conflict checks, confirms its role, identifies the client or parties, and establishes the scope, confidentiality expectations, and engagement terms. Neutral mediation and facilitation are distinct from one-side strategy consulting. KenKor 360 does not provide legal advice, and parties or clients may consult independent counsel regarding their rights, obligations, negotiation positions, and any proposed agreement.
