I’m Jacqueline, Managing Director of KenKor 360, and I am pleased to share a little about the experience and purpose behind our consultancy and advisory services. With more than 13 years in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and compliance within the clinical research and biopharmaceutical sectors, I bring a practical, risk-based perspective to organizational compliance and operational strategy. My experience has included developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, leading audits and supporting corrective action planning, reviewing regulatory documentation, and advising on internal practices that reduce risk. That foundation is complemented by executive leadership in the nonprofit sector, where I founded and led a 501(c)(3) organization; building everything from the ground up including successful completion of its federal tax-exempt application, development of internal controls, and successful filing of multiple federal trademark applications to strengthen and protect brand identity. I also led fundraising, policy development, program planning, and operational infrastructure efforts while serving as board chair and managing technical systems and day-to-day effectiveness. I hold a Bachelor of Science from Texas State University, a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University, and a Master of Legal Studies, with a focus on nonprofit administration, from Trinity Law School. Together, these academic experiences and my time as the head of a nonprofit deepened my understanding of how regulatory obligations, governance structures, and operational realities intersect, particularly for organizations with limited financial and internal capacity. That perspective continues to shape my mission-aware approach to compliance support. Like many founders and executives, I have also made mistakes that ultimately strengthened my leadership capabilities, reinforcing the importance of accountability, humility, and the understanding that growth often comes from not always getting it right the first time. KenKor 360 was founded in 2019 from a longstanding belief that compliance, governance, and a strong internal framework should be accessible and suited to the stage, structure, and needs of organizations doing meaningful work. Not long after I established KenKor 360, I paused operations to focus on leading a perinatal health agency. That chapter broadened my perspective and strengthened me as a leader, giving me firsthand experience with the challenges of balancing mission, growth, governance, day-to-day operations, and creating a people first work environment. In 2026, I began a new chapter, recognizing that my years of experience in both private-sector and nonprofit leadership could be used more intentionally to build, advise, and support organizations committed to meaningful, sustainable impact. Through KenKor 360, I bring my experience, perspective, and commitment to purpose-driven work to help organizations build thoughtfully, operate responsibly, and continue advancing with greater confidence. On a personal note, I am a wife and proud boy mom. My greatest joy comes from intentional time with my family. Outside of meaningful work, I enjoy quiet moments, road trips, sushi, and Netflix.
