Hi, I am Jacqueline McLeeland. After 13 years in quality assurance and regulatory affairs within the clinical research and biopharmaceutical industries, I transitioned into an equally meaningful role as a stay-at-home mother—an unexpected but deeply rewarding chapter that reshaped my professional vision. Inspired by my children and guided by a growing commitment to community impact, I pursued graduate studies in public health and went on to found KenKor 360, an impact-driven consulting firm through which I provide paralegal and advisory services grounded in ethics, compliance, and a mission-focused approach. Although laws, regulations, and governance requirements can appear complex at first, I believe they are foundational to organizational strength, long-term sustainability, and a culture of integrity. My passion for compliance work comes from the continual learning it demands and the opportunities it creates for thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and meaningful information exchange. That perspective also informs my work as a governing member of a nonprofit organization, where I have seen firsthand how legal, operational, and ethical considerations intersect. I believe this work is most effective when done collaboratively, which is why KenKor 360 intentionally partners with professionals across disciplines to bring clients practical, informed, and high-quality support. I earned my undergraduate degree from Texas State University, an MBA from Texas Woman’s University, and a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) from Trinity Law School. In 2020, after founding a perinatal health nonprofit organization, I stepped away from consulting to serve as the organization’s Chief Executive Officer during its first five years. Today, I continue to support that mission as a strategic advisor and board member. My direct experience in the nonprofit sector has given me a clear understanding of both its possibilities and its pressures, and it has reinforced my belief that we must rethink how mission-driven organizations are supported and what is realistically expected of them. That conviction is at the heart of KenKor 360. We exist to support organizations and professionals working to create meaningful change; whether they are nonprofits, social enterprises, public health initiatives, or legal practitioners. We help clients navigate compliance, governance, and operational challenges with clarity, purpose, and a commitment to doing work that serves the greater good.
