Job Title:              Business Administration Intern

KenKor 360 is seeking an undergraduate or graduate student interested in gaining experience in a business environment for a startup consulting firm. The inaugural intern for the company’s Career Inception (CI) program will receive professional mentorship and guidance. This individual has the potential to shape the program for future CI candidates. The Business Administration Intern will report directly to the Founder and provide support in areas such as administrative/clerical duties, program development, project management, marketing and communications, and other business initiatives. We are looking for a professional who demonstrates integrity and does not mind wearing multiple hats. 



  • Maintain consistency with code of ethics/conduct, policies and procedures

  • Provide administrative support to the Founder including scheduling meetings and events, answering calls and overseeing general e-mail inbox

  • Write and create documents such as reports, business letters, memos, presentations, marketing materials and more

  • Assist with mailing and print production

  • Conduct research and effective internet searches

  • Create and review social media content while following company guidelines

  • Effectively communicate with all levels of staff, external partners, clients, and stakeholders

  • Assist with other duties as assigned by Founder




  • Must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Self-motivated/self-thinker, with excellent organizational skills

  • Able to work independently on special tasks assigned

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Knowledge of social media marketing 

  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Canva

  • Must be able to align with company mission and values

  • Positive, professional, and friendly


Physical Demands:

  • Remote position – sitting and standing depending on personal preference



Expected Hours of Work:

Part-time, Monday through Thursday (total of 10 to 20 hours per week)
