Job Title:              Office Administrator

Summary/Objective: 

 

KenKor 360 is looking for a reliable and motivated individual, who will work remotely to handle office management responsibilities. This individual will aid organizational leadership and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies. The Office Administrator will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the day-to-day operations are adequately supported and flowing efficiently. We are looking for a professional who demonstrates integrity and does not mind wearing multiple hats. This position may evolve into an opportunity to advance with the company for the right candidate. Perfect for graduate student, stay-at-home parent, retiree, or professional looking to supplement their income. Must reside in the Greater Houston, Texas area.  

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Maintain consistency with code of ethics/conduct, policies and procedures

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director including scheduling meetings and events, answering calls and overseeing general e-mail inbox

  • Write and create documents such as reports, business letters, memos, presentations and more

  • Assist with mailing and print production

  • Conduct research and effective internet searches

  • Create and review social media content while following company guidelines

  • Effectively communicate with all levels of staff, external partners, clients, and stakeholders

  • Assist with other duties as assigned by Managing Director

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Some college experience (2+ years)

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or other relevant role

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Self-motivated/self-thinker, with excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Able to work independently on special tasks assigned

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Must be able to align with company mission and values

  • Positive, professional, and friendly

 

Physical Demands:

  • Remote position – sitting and standing depending on personal preference

 

 

Expected Hours of Work:

Part-time, Monday through Thursday (total of 10 to 15 hours per week)
